I recommend we have these two server related threads as stickies.
1) An official server bug thread.
Here we would post, according to template bugs with the server. For example:
"1/10/2013 Server not recording weapon kills towards unlocks"
Once the issue is resolved, there would be a reply or edit to the post adding the word "Resolved" at the end.
2) A map rotation schedule/poll/suggestions
Here we would recommend and/or notify of map rotations. First it would have the current server schedule and then the next schedule and when it would be put up. Suggestions on what maps and modes we should use can either be part of that thread or another, separate one entirely. Schedules could be implemented on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rotation as the community sees fit.
Let me know what you think.

I feel that both of those topics could be covered under the official sticky, although until they fix the weapon-count bug, it might just fill up with bug reports. Or we could take that first Official Server thread and rename it to be about map rotations /suggestions and create a new thread for server bugs.
What do you think?

I think keeping the official server thread for bug reports will be fine. However, to avoid clutter and confusion, I think there should be an independent thread for maps.
To make things simpler, the maps thread could have a "current list" and an "upcoming list" displayed with the dates they are/will be active. Forum members could then post suggested maps and modes in the comments and whenever the maps are rotated, the original map post with the current and upcoming list could just be edited to keep it current.
So in short, the first post of the maps thread will be edited to reflect current maps and current upcoming maps and the comments/replies below the original post will be the suggestions.
Also, maybe polls could be used in this thread? I am not sure how those work so I do not know if it will work but it is an idea.
